Landlords – don’t have time to deal with property maintenance and repairs? Unsure who to contact and trust to do a good job? Why not let us do that with our “pay as you go” management service – on all properties, not just the ones we have let for you. We liaise with tenants and arrange to carry out the works. We then pay for the work and invoice you direct.

Tenants – if you don’t live in a managed property, or would prefer to handle repairs yourself (or maybe you’ve broken something and would rather your landlord didn’t find out? It happens) – help is at hand!
