By renting a property that we manage on behalf of the landlord means we are on hand, during office hours, to helps sort out your issues regarding your property.

For example, if the appliances stop working, water leaks, issues with the boiler etc.

An email is the best way of logging the fault with us but if you don’t have access to email then give the office a call on 0191 2220320.  For non-emergency issues we will endeavour to resolve the problem within 48 hours.

Out of Hours Emergencies: Should you have an emergency out of office hours then please ring our maintenance team on 07930663538.  This number should only be used in an emergency situation – if they are called and it is not an emergency but you still want them to attend then you will be billed.

Lost Keys/Locked out of Property: This is not an emergency call out situation.  During office hours you can come to the office to collect the spare key but it must be returned to us the same day.  Outside of office hours you will need to get a locksmith to either pick the lock for you or change the locks.  If locks are changed you must provide us with a spare key the next day.  Locksmith costs are paid by the tenant.
